Great Customer Service

I give customer service a 5 and warehouse fulfillment a 0 which would be a 1 I guess. The correct watch band, a lighter pink, I ordered was never sent. Two others were sent no where near the color I chose, a dark orange with navy and a dark blue with black. I believe customer service was shocked and offered to give me a 50% refund and I keep the two wrong bands. Rather than driving to the next town to return them I accepted the refund and will gift them to my family if they’re interested. I’ve found an alternate band somewhere else. Wish I could rate all else a 5.
