Band ripped off at clasp in two weeks

I thought I purchased two large ( men) bands. They were shipped separately. First one was small. Barely got it around my wrist, just two notches left. After two weeks, when waking, I found my fitbit off my wrist and a small piece of the band next to it. Second band was small again .
