Silicone Fitbit Band For Alta, Alta HR, Ace - 16 color options

Unlike the band I got from a different company that lied that it was silicone, this band feels like silicone. It fits comfortably and is compatible with my Fitbit Alta. However, I didn’t get the color I ordered. And within a few days, I lost the loop, which must have broken off while I was wearing it. I don’t know how that happened. Shipping took a while. I haven’t contacted customer service about getting the wrong color, but from the attentiveness they’ve shown, I’m sure they would remedy the situation. I just didn’t feel like going to the trouble or using more materials, and I thought I’d get used to the color they sent. But now it is loopless, and I don’t know how a replacement loop could be slipped on.

My first purchase for a replacement was a disappointing purchase, this band was
excellent quality, loved the color choice and design on the band. Fit was perfect.
